I meant 60% of the time it opens 1st time. Of the 40% when it doesn't, 100% success rate on the 2nd attempt.

When I took it to the dealer for him to look at, after I had tried and it did not work, once he relocked it, it worked every time thereafter! Obviously, at the time, I was not aware that this problem existed!
