Default Oil top up

The car has had its service done when i bought it in december, thing is i have no idea what they used, i just need a idea what i can put in it to keep it topped up.

Ring them and ask! Then just buy the same. Doesnt really matter what make, as long as its a brand name, and the grade and type is about right.

Will Ring them tomorrow, it a bit low though, strange thing is it aint been using oil since i got it, then its droped in the last week??

yeah only need to know the grade and type, not worried about any brands. Not near anywhere what would sell anything decent (bedale N.yorks) they have a motor factor, but last time i went they was'nt too hot

Do yourself a favour - drain the lot and refill with fully synthetic.

Peter brooks honda only put 5w40 fully synthetic in! i checked and topped up the car!
