Default Oil analysis

What do you guys think to this oil analysis.
I'm pretty happy considering its an 03 with 130k+ and supercharged for 10 of those with 3 track days on this oil alone.

Yep looks good, not too much metal, just trace. Just keep an eye on the coolant.

I saw that, it's not using coolant that's for sure but when I did the last oil change I had a leak from the heat exchanger hose that could have splashed onto the filter holder, enough to contaminate that much? We are talking ppm here so it's not much in grand scheme of things?

4000 miles and 3 track days you slaaag

on topic M3s are notorious for bottom end wear, a dude on cutters checked his oil, all good, then his big ends gave up within weeks i think.. so dont get cocky

having said that a looked after f20c is just better

V8's are renowned for it because numpties don't warm them up before driving hard, they had very tight tolerances so need to be warmed to make sure oil is getting to all those tight spaces.

I use Joe Gibbs DRIVEN DT40 5w40.
just asked about the high readings and miller's said it's not coolant, it will be the additives in the oil.

My oil rarely goes over 5k miles before I swap out.

i totally agree, they take a while to warm up but there's a reason BMW put a temp variable rev limiter and an OT gauge on it ffs

most users are fcukwits.. mine is babied when it moves.. you can still make decent progess sub 4k rpm so i dont see the issue tbh
