Hey everyone. I know this question is probably frequently asked so sorry

I want to change my oil. When I had my service at TGM I think he put 10 w40 in, then had a engine light on so called the AA out and they said it could be oil so they put 5w something in then I needed some the other day and had 10w40 so used that. So at the moment I have 3 different brands of oil, not sure if or how bad that is :s

So my question is, what oil are you guys using at the moment and what do you recommend? I might be purchasing some syntium 3000AV from si at hendy performance on Sunday but justwanted a few opinions first

This is indeed asked over and over again, so please use the search in the first instance, Dan. You've been here long enough to know that now.

It's just oil, it's basically all the same. 5w40 is fine and 10w40 is fine. Si will sell you something suitable.
