I don't have the exact sizes of what you need, but I do have the fitting instructions.

This will show you what bits you need - I guess it's just trial & error after that.

Personally I wouldn't worry about the inner 2 holes, what I would do is drill the outer 2 which are easy to see where they go, then just get some of the double sided sticky stuff you stick number plates on with and use that for the middle fixings. That stuff sticks like **** to a blanket.

Should take you 10 minutes tops to fit it.
