Yep totally agree with Toby , and yes food grade silicone grease is water resistant to , after all you don't want it in yer pies do you fatty

Fuchs Renolit is good used by boat owners a lot on stern glands

copper slip / ease is not water resistant

He's my son you know , and he knows about this stuff .

I've always had nightmares about getting tag teamed by the Chippos, but it wasn't bad at all.

I've got some Bel-Ray Waterproof Grease that I used on the assembly of my motorbike - I'd recommend that as an option for protecting the coilovers as well. Really good stuff.
