I`m thinking about flogging mine. I drive it so rarely, its a waste. The car is bloody pampared and mint. Its only done about 1,000 miles in 5 months! remember there was a meet in that too!

I expect you to do a lot more mileage now the suns out Colin. Get yourself up to the NE Meet, that'll put another 500 miles on the car, helping you to justify it's existence

Serious answer? bored of it.

I can only think of a few things I never tire of:

1. Fishing
2. Pulling the head off it

Even the net bores me shitless these days. Unless I need something or wish to get more content to allow me to complete action 2. Even sex with the same person becomes a bind. I fully understand Jack Duckworths plight.

Mine's a toy, that's why it doesn't get driven much. 8,500 in two years, which is directly proportional to the fine days we have had in that time. Longest period undriven? Maybe a month.

I've said many times that I don't enjoy driving in the wet. I don't even like going outside the house in the wet so I was never going to enjoy driving in it. Cold is a different matter and if it's dry I will always drive top down, regardless of the time of year.

Everyone's different but I think I enjoy my car more, using it the way I do. It's always special.

Compromises are fine but since I don't think there is one car that does everything, I can't ever see myself changing from the beater/toy combo.
