Yuk!!! And I thought you had taste LG....

I love purple, and always had a dream of having a purple S, although more obviously purple than yours Catcharat. Oh what we'd all do with limitless funds, eh?!

I thought the black would look ok, but agree there's a risk it may be too similar. I think either the silver or moonrock would be an intriguing combo. I think you'll need to photoshop some combos to get a better idea. Carbon fibre wrap would be interesting too...

So says the woman who wanted a purple car with cream leather interior.

Something like this http://www.seriouswheels.com/pics-1930-193...Purple-g-sy.jpg

OK, so I do get the point about black maybe being too close to deep purple.... but lime green... really??

Best get cracking with photoshop at the weekend and see what works.

I would only go with a matching or black hard top anything else will not look right IMO.

Chris.

you could try and convince someone to let you drop a berlina one on your car..

i like the look of a ht, mine is going on this weekend after i get it back from a service because i got frostbite today..

fwiw i agree you'd probably notice the difference tween your car and the black.. you could get a paint damaged top which needed paint.. i paid £350 for a HT, £350 for a fitting kit.. you'd need to find another £200 for paint i guess

What about white, or even orange?

Well, it looked pretty good on the Z3's I've seen with that combination!

All that Purple makes you the opposite of Suzy Bee with all her yellow stuff.

i would go for a vinyl wrap, either satin black or carbon fibre, it will free up your buying options so a silverstone would not be a problem
i had a quote for a bonnet it was £120 in satin and £160 in carbon effect so im guessing a hard top would be similar in cost bit less material bit more time

Love that colour so I would go for matching.
