Normal, but what isn't normal is that Cam cover! It looks amazing! Not a single flake anywhere!

I have a video of a really bad TCT issue and it sounds nothing like that. As mentioned the F20 isn't the quietest engine but I wouldn't worry about those noises.

The starter motor problem.. Mine does it now and again although 9/10 if I turn key to second click then off three times it starts quietly. You're a wizard Harry!

Haha thanks, saw a thread about this car as brought it a week ago. Has a few minor things I.e tyres (although they put a new mot and rear tyres on) and front brakes. But generally pretty tidy, especially 'under the hood' that's why I was surprised if sounded odd but so used to the silence of my daily when I got back in the S! Lol

Absolutely normal for a 2005 car.
I have a 60 odd K 05 motor in mine and WASNT like that, that's for sure!
