Default No more clutch buzzing!! This is one happy bunny!

Just picked up my car after being without it for two days. I have a new clutch, fitted under warranty, to cure the deceleration buzz - and it works!! The transmission is so different now - quieter and no snicks between changes; it has made a real difference

Plus, without all that transmission noise I can now hear my HKS exhaust (fitted free because they had to take off the exhaust to drop the clutch anyway)

No clutch buzz + windows open + airbox cover off + HKS exhaust + VTEC =

Is there much difference in clutch pedal feel?

Glad you're a happy bunny, Pete!
So no transmission noise!
So with just the airflow, windows down, HKS exhaust noise - you can listen to Stockhausen in peace - that right?

Matt - didn't you have the same noise that I'd described? My dealers putting a -55 clutch in on Monday - but they are not sure this is the cause. I should be able to post results some time Tuesday.

There's a thread in 'Under the Hood' here

It's possible the DJ Cube has the same problem as both our cars. If that's the case, and it isn't the clutch it could save your car from the amount of stripping required to change a perfectly good clutch out.

Pardon?

Pete

But, seriously, the clutch pedal feels the same, just no snicking between gears when "cold" as there was before
