Craig - any chance of an update. Interest is growing
I gave my set a good testing on them bumpy Arran roads and they worked very well. I have since softened the front a little for a bit more comfort.

Last year I was regularly grounding the front spoiler, the cans an even the x-brace. This year I was driving quicker with only some slight grounding of the front spoiler

I have since softened the front a little for a bit more comfort and I feel I am now getting less understeer and more grip from the front of the car.

Very happy with them so far.

You'll be coming past me on the M56 I guess and I'd love to have a look/ride
Sorry Mikey, not doing Anglesey tomorrow because anti roll bars and final drive not arrived/fitted as yet I'll let you know when I'm next up North

So now I've convinced myself lowering springs are a waste of time
I need some feed back from Craig and Steven on the Nitron kits.
I'm edging towards the sports kit to keep the fiddle factor down!
If I've got it right, all I need to do is;

1) Chose the spring rates
2) Get em made and fit em
3) Get the ride height were I want it (not sure about this stagger thing!)
4) Once it's settled get the geo done
5) play with the settings to find a few favourites

What spring rates did you guys go for!
What do you think the effect of the rear spring rates being lower than the fronts. The 04 OEM springs are!
They will be going on an 04 so can you see that will cause any issues compared to pre 04?

Steven and I have the same spring rates,300 front and 375 rear. I'd phone Guy at Nitron (or speak to Pete) and talk through the 04 spring rates to see what they suggest

For the 04 you want 100 front 110 rear to maintain that soft spongy feel

I have been taking it easy recently cause I still haven't had the alignment sorted out since the suspension was installed and right now it is *way* out because of the work I have been doing recently fixing the bushes.

Gets sorted Thursday
