Don't they have one that has just a 2 click setting, one click optimised for the track and one click optimised for the english roads.
No, every one drives differently and has different requirements as to how their supension should react on the road, hence the 18 clicks, although of course you'll probably end up having just two or three favoured settings

Looks a worthwhile mod, Craig and very good value for money too. I would be bricking it though with all those clicks and what to do. How much would you expect to get it all installed and set up? The car looks lowered too, bet that will give you some fun over the UK speed bumps

If you are technically competent then you may be able to fit the shocks yourself but I understand that getting the OEM shocks is a bit of a pig, the shocks are unsually long. Large metal implements were used to lever them off
They were probably approaching it the wrong way then. Took the shocks off the first time as per the Honda workshop manual, and it was a pain. Did it differently the next time, and it was easy. Can't remember what the trick was though.

It is very DIYable though. Getting the ride height right is straightforward too. But a

[QUOTE=Turtle,Jul 10 2005, 11:05 AM] Glad you finally did the change and like it Craig. I was beginning to think that thread would need updating with the improvements in damper technology over the procrastination period

The geo is being done by Avondale tomorrow morning. I'll be trying out various settings at Anglesey, just need to doublecheck with Nitron whether its the small or large adjuster on the remote reservior which alters high speed bump

Brian, my Dad always says to me "buy in haste repent at leisure", I may even take the plunge and buy the 4.625 final drive from Stocky now
