Thanks for all the replies, so the tyre sizes are looking good. The offsets are +48 front and rear is this going too be ok, these offsets were recommended by Nemesis.

I hav'nt got any pictures yet of the wheels but they are 5Zigen GN+ in the hyper black colour. Also while I'm typing where would the best and cheapest place too purchase Toyo proxy'es from......many thanks Maria xxx.

V. nice wheels.

Can you go higher with the offset?

I suppose wheel design has to be taken into account too.

Your offsets should be fine Maria, mine are slightly less and are fine

EDIT: You are going for 18" wheels with a slightly wider tyre but I'd have thought OK unless you try lowering the car when you may have some rubbing..

Thanks Craig, always a worry with the offsets on the S. I won't be lowering the car I did this on my MX5 and it was just too harsh a ride. Would you be able too recommend the tyre pressures for this size of tyre, my hubby reckons 30 psi alround. Does this sound like good advice thanks Maria xxx.

I run 245.35.18 rear and 215.40.18 front, slightly narrower than what most people run but I didnt want any rubbing at all, this setup was a safer option I felt.

34 psi all round for best grip!
Offsets look good watch the fronts rubbing on the wheel arch liners though!

Mikey, how much was your old S2000 lowered with those lowering springs? I'm planning on dropping mine about 20mm next week and you are making a bit jibly about doing so )

Never lowered my last one at all!
Still got some rubbing on hard cornering and bumps.
Ask the slammers but IIRC the Eibach sets most people go for are 25mm drop.
