You can get a bottom mount race kit. Basically, the same kit that HEL Performance had on their Time Attack S2000.

Its recommended using a harmonic crankshaft pulley to stop twist of the crankshaft,used also for oil pump failure reasons on "B" series engines.
Not sure about "F" series,though as said above fitted for a reason,not a cheep component in vehicle manufacturing too just install for the sake of it.
