My mistake, I was convinced I'd read on a forum somewhere from opie oils that the red cap version was a bit better than black cap version. Better for highly strung engines anyway!

Panicked when I read that having just put half a litre in, despite having checked first!
I'm booked in to see TDI in Warrington soon for a full check over. Looking forward to that and seeing some of the motors they have over there.
