Default New pump star goes live

Article from: Auto Express

Tesco is introducing its new 99 RON super unleaded petrol in November across 100 forecourts in the south-east of England. The grade is said to be more environmentally friendly and better for a car's engine than any other fuel on offer. In general, unleaded fuel comes in either 95 or 97 RON guise. A spokes- man said: "Customers with high-performance or new cars noted performance improvements in trials." Pricing is not yet confirmed

I suppose they think those of us oop north, where the motorways are cobbled and the rainbows are in black and white, have no need for such things.

But then, we've only just got that elastic-trickery here...

I wish they would list which locations have the petrol. One of the biggest Tescos off the A3 near New Malden don't stock UL let alone SUL.

CALLING AE: time to merge threads!

Oop North? Blackpool's in the Middle

Anyway, they give it to all the Southerners so they can use it to sit in traffic jams, unlike us real Northerners who'd put it to better use hooning round the countryside
