The new name for Honda in South Hampshire

So the Hendy group (already has Ford, Kia, Mazda) had bought Alan Day in Southampton. Portsmouth and Winchester.
I am concerned as I was a Hendy Ford Portsmouth customer and was less than impressed with their professional behaviour.
I am now a Alan Day Honda Portsmouth customer, and although I have had my issues with them, I must say that overall the attitude is much more professional and I would say the quality of service has been higher.
I am now concerned.
Anyone here has opinions or experiences of Hendy Honda?
