The Mayday Garage guys are brilliant with their cusomter communication.
Been chatting and they've confirmed that there are no reflective parts and are intended to be for off road/show use only.

I've asked about making a small batch up with reflective parts in and waiting to hear what they say.

Hmmm looks like you're screwed re: lack of reflector carl :-(

But I've learned that you can get away with no brake or fog lights!!

(If you restrict the top speed of the vehicle to 25mph)

These look awful in my opinion, all good if its a newly produced car that is designed to have led rear lights. Trying to make a old car look modern always looks crap.
I even think the facelift rear lights are bad.

Then again what am I to say considering what my car looks like, haha

I think they look great, but never for that price, I'd pay £350 max. That guy going on about it being an honour to have them on the car and saying people can't afford them, he needs a slap.

They're $1799.
£1049 to you and me, not including shipping.
They did get back to me regarding adding in some reflective material and said it's possible.

I like the lights, quite a lot. But do I like them enough to pay £1049, then probably around 300 on shipping then 20% on top of all that?
I dunno.
I could probably have dealt with a grand all in but nigh on 2k is pushing it for me.

I'll probably have a go at making my own some point next year.
Unless someone has a light cluster they wish to donate? can be crack or whatever, it'll be getting ripped to bits anyway

£1000? Who do they think they are? Honda? It almost makes a Mugen HT look like good value.

Almost.
