i do like black on black cars; because at the end of the day, mad max is cool.
as for lowered mine isn't yet; but is on the cards, just can't do everything in one go. what i did want was wider wheels for better traction at a lower or equal weight to the stock rims. i've gone with the style i want and will adjust the car to fit as ownership goes on.
but agreed it will need lowering.

Have you seen the Berlina in the RPF-01 thread thats constantly changing the colour of his?
He had them a custom purple colour which looked absolutely awesome IMO

I recently bought RPF1`s for my Indy yellow s. I had toyed with the same 3 colours for weeks, but I already had black SSR GT`s on and IMO the black resulted in a lot of definition loss on the wheel from distance.
The gold was my next favourite, even on a yellow car they still looked well.
In the end I bought the silver, simply because the still looked good, but also I was keeping in mind that a silver wheel come resale time will be easier sold as i`ll put the SSR`s back on the car if i`m selling up.
The only thing I would change would be to not order the convex fronts and have concaves all round, as when I put the on I seriously hated the look of them, the car looked soft and nowhere near as aggressive.
I`m currently lowered on spoon springs but i`m trying to save the cash for some coilovers so I can have it sitting on the wheels, which i reckon will transform the looks no end

i think the convex fronts look odd, but in saying that once the car has coilovers fitted it should look awesome. I bought the wheels, put them on and thought "all those cars in the thread look so much better" but its because of my ride height.
my plans for the future are to buy another 2 9j wheels and run them as fronts.
i`m kind of getting used to looking at them and they are growing on me, but i think the 9 wide all round looks better.
i`ll also point out, i`m more of a show than go man, bar my trip to the ring i`ve never stepped foot on a track, nor do i intend to and for next years ring outing i`ll have the SSR`s
