Need a Chassis number from an 04?

Need a Chassis number from an 04?
Im trying to price/order a part for an 04 front bumper I got for mine but the arse in Honda parts wont look it up without a chassis number from an 04+
He says that the system all changed in November and you can no longer access anything on the system without it as its vehicle specific!!
They dont have any 04+ S2000's in stock and I dont know anybody with one, So, I was just wondering on the off chance would anybody have access to an 04+ chassis number i could use purely to source the part.
I understand people wouldnt want to give out there own, but I was thinking maybe someone might have sold on one or lost one but might still have the chassis number kicking about.
I cant seem to get anywhere without it.

goto eBaymotors.com or autotrader.com all vehicles are advertised with the VIN. Might not help if the system doesn't recognise US VIN's but could be worth a try?

I'm confused here as your friendly parts arse should have asked you for the registration number, he should then be able to get the chassis number from that on the parts system if its a UK spec.

My cars is 02 and im looking a part from an 04 he said the parts system is now chassis specific and not accessible by registration etc as it uses the chassis number to show only the parts specific to that model so as to lessen the chance of ordering in the wrong parts. But he says he cant use anyone elses that he has on record and they dont have any on the forecourt.

All im looking for Is the rubber surround that goes around the base of the headlight washers on the front bumper, The washer stayed stayed the same but the rubber surround changed when they face lifted the bumper as the washer jets sit on a flat instead of the edge as previously, so I need the new type rubber for each side
