Myth busting....
Tried the old toothpaste trick on my headlights today.
Before:

During:
[attachment=22660:20120625_134233.jpg]
After:
[attachment=22661:20120625_134644.jpg]
Driver side done, passenger side not:
[attachment=22662:20120625_134628.jpg]
Smells minty fresh too

I often use mine with Tcut when i want a bit more aggression Just have to use plenty of water during the process and finish off with a nice fine cut high gloss polish otherwise you get micromarring and holograms.
