lovely looking S. In my preferred colour too

How good is the radar detector? Been looking at one for a while. That one there is perfect and discrete.

Looks nice mate.

I'm thinking of replacing the head unit to Alpine too.

Are you able to still use the dash controls or do you need extra adapter?

The Alpine I went for as I only wanted Ipod and no CDs and I do the think 305s is the best for Ipod control
and Alpine offer's a plug and play amp with no extra wiring plus it fits behind the dash
It does need an adapter which I have if you need one saying that for some reason the mute button dos'nt work

The Radar Detector works well but is a plan in the city center but A and B roads plus motorways its great and worth the money

Mute button doesn't work on my pioneer either and I believe it is par for the course.

Mute button only works on head units that have a jack point for the mute control, otherwise you just hear the relay clicking when you use the button.

If you hold down the source button on my Sony it puts it on attention mode and a quick flick of the volume up reverts it.

Where did you get the Hot shot heated washer system from? Didn't know there was a kit to do that
