if it was ML say away from the Jap guy that hangs around there, I had a bad experience with him!

Having my 4-wheel alignment done next week - never had it done before - is there anything specifically I need to be telling them or requesting?

just make sure the spec is according to your required spec, make sure you ask them for a print out afterward

so far the expereicne is ok, i did return the day after i did the alignment to check on some bolts thats making the noise. They seems to be a friendly bunch

That looks good, but I'd recommend more castor than that. I used to have +5
