I know where you mean. Thanks for the info.
BTW I don't know whether that is in the West Midlands Police Area or West Mercia but the latter do publish a weekly schedule of where the safety camera partnership vans are going to be. I don't think this takes account of policemen with hand held laser guns but it's a help.

What about pulling over, getting out of car and having a very animated moblile phone conversation (with oneself!).
That'd really piss on their bonfire, as your obstructing vehicle would slow all the traffic down!

Best I ever saw was a kid a few hundred yards up the road from a speed trap holding a large piece of card saying "Speed Trap Ahead". Everyone duly slowed down and, lo and behold, there was a speed trap. However, a few hundred yards after the speed trap was this kid's mate holding another piece of card saying something like "donations gratefully received"!!!. From what I could see, they were making quite a nice packet that afternoon!.
