Exactly why I did it. Sod paying the premium for "JDM Scene" parts when you can get a custom one done for a third of the price to your exact specs. Not sure on dbs, mine is pretty loud on full chat. But James @ JD Modified did say they could have just put a bigger silencer box in to quieten it down a bit!

I'm at japfest on the weekend on the hampshire jap cars stand so if anyone wants to see/hear it I'll be around

I might have to get in touch with them at some point when I have some available funds. First priority is fixing my roof though

Yeah i am also going to get in touch about a custom system, and a manifold/decat..

But i want mine to be as quiet as possible especially when cruising at 70mph on the motorway!!!! :0

Hi,

Still loving it, my s2k is my daily drive and its very loud with the pedal down but cruising around its loud but not obnoxiously so and doesn't give you headaches, can still talk to your passenger etc! Neighbours are yet to complain, too! So far so good.
