Yes its been a pain in the arse and yes its cost time and money, but i knew well in advance what i was getting myself into. If the 'overall' car comes back as good as i think it will be when im finished then i will be very happy

The reply i got was basically he thinks the power level was far to high for the standard pistons and i should either uprate them or wind back the power. Im only making the power that Greddy claim on there website and several hundred below some of the American turbo boys. All the SC uk boys are making more than that.
The F20c can withstand that amount of horsepower, as everyone as stated before it is down to the mapping, and I would approach Guy again and ask for some help to solve the problem.

crappy petrol, low fuel pressure, faulty sensor, no/ bad intercooling... and a million other things
are you checking egt? might be worth it before you melt more pistons?
