Don't roundabout accidents often go 50/50 because of all this (unless you have independent witnesses etc).

I haven't looked at the links, but I'm not sure how you can go almost all the way round a roundabout in the outside (outside of the roundabout) lane, but it depends on lanes and the particular roundabout.

Glad you weren't more seriously hurt, glad everyone was ok, and sorry to hear about the car It all seems like the end of the world at first, but it is a car that (in this case) is fixable, and result about the front wheel !! Just get them to replace both front tyres if they're replacing one of them !
