Except the ambulance chaser/pimps were convinced I'd win, until there was the danger of going to court, when they suddenly frapped themselves & bleatingly settled.
Talk about a job creation exercise.

Sorry to hear about this. I just don't understand what goes through some people's minds.
If i've ever found i'm out of place on a roundabout I find it easier just to go round again and re-position myself.

It sounds as if the Clio driver was effectively trying to overtake you on the roundabout. Which is strictly forbidden in the Highway Code, so this should be pretty cut and dried, in your favour. I would write down in great detail what happened, with times, weather conditions, measurements and so on to support your claim. And I would probably find out the specific section of the Highway Code to refer to. Witnesses are key, of course, but it sounds as if you are entirely in the right. Good luck!
