Let's hope it's more fun than my 05.

I'm finding it less exciting compared to my 02 the more I drive it
Sorry to hear this euan. How many miles had you done in your 02 and howmany have you now done in your 05?

And what excitement factor is missing?

right richy got it sorted! get the 05 car and get this fitted

http://www.racelogic.co.uk/?show=Traction_...raction_Control

its got launch control too!

anyone on here got this installed? anyone intersted in this maybe we could arrange a gb with the wet weather already with us!
that got raised a long time ago and the general consensus was "learn to drive the car" rather than kill its spirit.

36k miles in the 02 (mostly jockmeet and other hooning).

So far about 1750 in the 05.

I miss the VTEC kick and the snarling of the engine, and also the rear end doesn't have the same sharp feel.

Don't get me wrong, the 04/05 is arguably more capable on public roads as it's much less upset by bumpy surfaces and I'm driving it generally 10% quicker than my old one. Doesn't seem to be quite as communicative on corners though (even if it's not the bite you in the @ss kind of communication ) Strange.

I'd just like to point out that Euan has been missing from most Jockmeets recently and as such his comments do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the S2kJocks.

Give it a bloody chance ya blodger. It's still got to free up!

traction control might mean more power being added but they are keeping tight-lipped about it... nice to dream

I think traction control will be useless. What it needs is some kind of switchable stabilty control for unforeseen circumstances like diesel spills and aquaplanning.

I was sort of hoping they would do interchangeable dash trims.
Seats that can be take out to use as a picnic table when combined with the new rear spoiler would be

BTW I seem to recall Honda actually built a shower in to the old shape CRV IIRC

This is how it goes!
