Right.... haven't got everything done but
Oil change, magnetic sump plug, oil filter stopper, spoon calipers, carbon Lorraine pads
And another set of cracked fast road pads ditched
Anyone know a decent auto electrician in dublin

Nct yesterday, passed no issues. But I noticed a small bit of damp under the drivers seat afterwards. There was no obvious ingress. So I tackled the most commons spots and regressed all the soft top seals, and then went to clean the drain holes.
Sounds easy, it wasn't. I could see down towards the hole and what looked like a bank card. I spent a solid hour trying to get it out with various bodged tools etc. No joy...
Then I had the brain wave. Child labour. Cue a 7 year wedging his arm down to retrieve a laser card that expired in in 2011. A small bit of carcheology...
with that out of the way, I used a trombone cleaner to brush out the drain holes . No I don't own a trombone
The holes start at the body and exit through the wheel arch. Hopefully that's fixed it.

walked past where the car is tucked up indoors for the winter and there's a small coolant trail. So the radiator was pressure tested with the loan of a pressure tester.
It seems to have split at the top where the plastic meets the metal. So I've ordered an upgraded mishimoto all aluminium radiator which should also help on track days, as its thicker with supposedly better performance and fits on like oem (famous last words) it should be here within the next 3 weeks. A bit of a lead time, but I'm in no rush while it's still declared off the road.
If its not water leaking out where it shouldn't get out, it's water leaking in where is shouldn't get in. The joys of older cars

New larger 53mm thick full aluminium radiator to replace the older one. The welding on it is pretty nice and seems to be by hand. The mishimoto one ended up having a 4 month lead time despite saying it was in stock. So I swapped to a slightly more expensive koyorad
Only criticism is the rad cap doesn't fit from the old one & the vendor had said it would
So it's fitted and filled while now awaiting a new radiator cap. I'll bleed the system when it arrives. All in all it took about an hour to swap over, very easy job
This should hopefully help at track days. Not that I've had an issue before though. More preventing anything

Headlights started to yellow, and it was bugging me. So I bought the autoglym restoration kit. Handy to use, it only takes about 15/20 minutes a side.
Masked up, and in progress.
Final result
