Whats the main difference between the Premium and standard Muz mats? And are they worth the extra 40 odd pounds?

The premium Muz Mats are much heavier having a thick rubber backing material. Apart from obviously being more heavy duty, they look geat and lie flatter fitting the awkward floor contours better from Day One. At least that was my experience. Go the whole hog and have the heels pads on both mats and the 'S2000'logos!

I ordered the grey mats with red piping and silver S2000 logo (I have a silverstone/red) three weeks ago. The mats arrived 8 days ago (express delivery). Soooo much better than the standatd items - I feel much better knowing that the carpet over the cross-brace is protected - not to mention covering the hatchet job the dealer performed on the carpet to fix the mat post.

I think I might just go for the Premium ones form the response on this board. Btw, have you got a bill from HM C&E for the VAT yet? I've read a few other Muz related threads and they seem to ship them pretty discretely thru DHL, hence avoiding the VAT.

Received my mats about a month ago via DHL, no VAT bill (fingers crossed)

Normal delivery took about 12 days.

Received my mats last week - definately worth while. I do like the quality of the material used.

No VAT invoice from DHL (yet)

Just need the car to fit them in... - a few more weeks...
