Default Musica Poetica

Seeing as you lot have nothing better to do than sit around looking at a screen all day, maybe you could do something to help me.

My dad has asked me too see if I can find a tune for him on the internet. Its called Musica Poetica by Carl Orff and [sombody] Keetman. It was in the film Ratcatcher (on yesterday) as well as the film Badlands (1973). The problem is, is that I can't find it anywhere, i've tryed Win MX and Kazaa to no avail, and i've trawled the net for the past hour, but still nothing. Could you guys try and find it on the net if you have some spare time?? I'd be really grateful.

Thanks,

Nelson

Never heard of it. I found this reference. It seems to be a classical ensemble using instruments of the period rather than a specific piece.

Doh!!

Nelson
If you go to Amazon
Search Orff under classical music
You will find
Orff-Schulwerk, Vol. 1: Musica Poetica
I think it is

And here's Orff's home page.

Morpheus comes up with nothing under 'Musica Poetica' but lots of dowloadable stuff by Orff. You may be able to get it from there if you keep trying periodically!

The actual name of the track I've found out is Vier Stucke Fur Xylophon: Gassenhauer nach Hans Neusiedler (1536) Musik Fur Kinder , Nr.15 (1952)

If anyone has this i'd be grateful if they could maybe get an mp3 of it and log onto kazaa or win mx or something.
