Surely that's down to the Evo 5's carrying enough weight to have their own gravitational field

I was a bit sceptical, reading what people have shown the stock as performing is less that Honda's quoted BHP, its dyno'd at 220BHP but Honda quote 240BHP

Now I have a set of Mugen lungs, would the AEM

The 240hp is at the flywheel which works out about 200hp at the rear wheels, the AEM is a great ECU with loads of features onboard. The

even when ambient is 5-10deg C, you can see intake temps on a stock inlet of 35-50+C...which is equivalent to 8-10% power loss versus if you really could get ambient temps into the engine...

that's why the engine always feels so sharp and punchy when you first start it up..only for it to get progressively more dopey is it warms up and the intake temps rise.
thats why I have the spoon snorkel, K&N filter and airbox mod to try keep the intake temp down, wheter moving or stationary. IMHO The cooling mods would not affect the intake temp on my car! I may be wrong and welcome a compelling reason that they would! That way I can justify putting them on mine!

WOAH THERE!!!!!!

40bhp more..... Yes indeed. No bull.

At 5,000rpm! Not peak figure!

As for 18" tyres & wheels. They work very well on smooth tarmac and some race tracks but the fundamentals of physics show that your car does not have enough mass to deform the tyre wall when passing over white lines and ridges in the road. This gives a large inbalance of grip from one side of the car to the other.
Another fundamental fact about 18" wheels is that they usually weigh more than smaller wheels, have a greater rolling radius (Increasing the drive ratio/decreasing torque to the wheels) If you fit smaller lighter wheels you will accelerate faster, brake harder & change direction quicker. Also the more tyre wall you have the stiffer the suspension you can run as the hysterises in the rubber acts like suspension.....(F1 13" wheels, BTCC 17" wheels, WRC 15"-18" depending on surface)

Also please be aware guys that we will fit parts provided by the customer. You do not have to purchase parts from us just pay our labour to fit it and set it up.

Usual mapping charge is
