That's nice !!

Slightly more seriously though  I now get roughly 300 miles to a tank with the new engine against 200 from the old  zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I got 197.8 from my last tank. It cost me 37.98 to fill it back up.

The fuel cost me 86.9pence per litre.

I calculate that to be 20.5469 miles to the gallon or more appropriately 19.20121pence per mile.

I usually get 190 miles out of tank, consisting of short trips to work and blasting around in VTEC on evenings weekends.

I did my first long commute since keeping an eye on the MPG and got 300 miles out it, cruising at roughy 80 mph.

On the 1st Lotus day I got 68 miles out of half a tank!

But better stop talking about it before I get accused of being sad. Again!

;-)

Wouldn't have thought so, put the foot gently on the brakes when I saw the camera van on the M6, don't know the precise lepton to mph conversion but i'm sure we were doing over 130 leptons at the time ?!?

I average 22/23mpg, but on the motoway, cruising at 90ish I normally get 230-260 miles out of a tank.

I AM AMAZED, i must be running something else than petrol in mine,

i get roughly 330 mile from a motorway drive, averaging 70mph.

on the roads, i will always see atleast 290-300miles...

I always use Optimax, and run 10-30w oil.
