I think Simon clearly likes his cars, so its more of an enthusiasts buy and that one does have a lot of history! I really think its overpriced compared to what you could buy though...
Aston / Lambo springs to mind
PS - I think it looks damn tough, I like that sort of look. The Impreza / EVO / Integrale also come from a similar looks stable

DB9's will go the same way.
The RS200 'should' never go down, especially if it's not driven.
I think the comments above are against Lancia's etc, but I would like to see any 'hot hatch' keep up with 0-60 in 3.6 like the RS200.
My dream car used to be a Lotus Esprit S4, I drove one when I was 25 and have never wanted one since.
But as insinuated from the title, the RS200 would not be bought to cruise around in, it would be bought as a piece of history, probably even lent to a museum.

Haha I dont think a 150bhp fiesta would have my Integrale for breakfast, its quicker than an S any day of the week on any type of road!
I dont think that its time has passed, everywhere I drive it people stop and stare. People love asking questions about it, was in a petrol station next to an Ascari and guess which car everyone was looking at, just a clue, it wasnt the Ascari!!

Oh and its most definately not old hat in terms of performance, 0-60 is 5.6 standard with 210 bhp, so thats quicker than an S then
and mines got 270bhp!!
As someone said its all about the 'fun' factor of the car. Everytime I drive it puts a smile on my face, I would go as far as saying its more fun than my Westfield. The feedback from the car is amazing and it is so special to drive!
