MOT fail - Electronic Stability light is on
#11
The only part that needs changing to fix this is the Muppet of an MOT tester, shame you had the faulty light as well, you could have had a field day with the garage.
"Hopefully the EPS will behave on the day." - It did exactly what it's supposed to.
*When the engine speed is 500 rpm or less, and the vehicle is travelling at a speed of 6.2mph (10 km/h) or more for about 3 minutes."
- And that's one reason you never tow an S2000.

May have come during brake test? this why the S2k(and CRV etc)should be brake tested using a Tapley meter on the road rather than the rollers.

It's nothing to do with the breaking system, it comes on if the engine is running with no steering input, all it needs is a twitch of the steering wheel to prevent it.

You'll all be pleased to know I had the retest and this time they found the Electronic Stability System was working correctly and it passed.
