Default Modifry Alpine Kit

Given the cost of the Modifry DCI, and the alternatives on the market, is it worth getting the Modifry DCI?

Interested in people's reasons too.....

My flap never comes down!
I've got an Alpine MP3 head unit with an 8gig USB stick stuck in the back with 60 albums on it and I can rattle through them with the dash controls!

I have a proper Alpine one. Does the job.

I bought a modifry a couple of years back and never got around to fitting it. Must try and find it...

I really like the speed volume control and the fact that the standard Honda buttons are a bit of useless decoration.

Admittedly, I still open her flap to find out where I've got lost in DAB-world and to find out the time.

I had the Alpine one before
Try squeezing a plate of spaghetti in to an egg cup Plus it over heated.

I'm on my second Modifry
Love it!
Each button now has two functions rather than just the original function as with all other DCI's
It is very compact so easy to install!

I have a Modifry unit which is linked to my iDA-X001 and it does exactly what it says on the box. It's small and easy to install and even though I was a numpty when I installed mine, the guy from Modifry was quick to respond to my query to get me up and running.

Only one problem, and this is highlighted by Modifry, is that the unit throws a bit of a spaz and the dash controls won't work properly if the HU is illuminated in red rather than the blue and the dimmer is set to on.

A from me.

Modifry's glovebox organiser is a must have too
