Missfire on all 4 again, fueling ?. Help...!

I had a loose plug which first showed up as a misfire on all 4 from the codes so I wouldn't trust them.
Have you identified which cylinder by a process of elimination?
Let it idle, disconnect coil pack 1, does the misfire get worse or stay the same? Does it change? If it does, re-connect and then try number 2. Sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs but you need to be methodical in tracing faults. First step is to identify exactly where the problem is and if you can re-create it.

Woooohoooooo. Thanks for all the suggestions and posts but cracked it....
It was one of the coil packs
After my initial job of replacing plug seals, cleaning up ISCV and MAP, replaced plugs. Put car back together on my original set of coil packs, and very soon after I started to get the misfire.
But thought happy days as a couple of week previously I had bought a second hand low mileage set from Ebay for spares. The seller claimed them as being perfect working order. So put them in an but the problem persisted.
Perhaps a little niave of me but thought it can't be a 2nd set of coil packs so started to look elsewhere and change my plugs for OEM rather than coppers etc, etc. But used one of my original set and systamatically swapped out coil packs and hey presto.!! perfect. The car has never ran so good. Perfect idle, no idle drop and no misfire. Happy days!
I was unlucky enough to have one defective coil pack on my original set, and another on the new set as well.
Lesson learnt for me - trust your instincts and if it feels and sounds electrical it probably is, also never trust second hand goods. Even if they were probably sold in good faith.... Hopefully the seller we sort me out with another working coil pack.
But for now just pleased and relieved the problem is sorted.

Is it possible to test the coil packs with a meter?
Good to hear it's all sorted Rob.
