I've got OE pads on the S2000 and Ferodo DS2500's on the ITR...
...and I can honestly say the DS2500's give more feel, more progression, and better retardation. More dusty too, though, so you'll need a cleaning fetish!
(IMHO the OE S2000 pads are perfectly adequate...until you've driven a car with some GOOD after-market pads!)
BTW...had Mintex 1144 on my last ITR...first set were very good, second set de-laminated (is that the right-word...they came away from the backing) on me after a month or so.
