I hit someone from behind last Jan at low speed, absolutely no damage to mine after getting it checked at Honda, but there was damage to the golf i hit, oh and apparently they had whiplash my @rse

Hit a stationary car earlier this year, no damage to mine (checked out by the garage) Volvo's bumper just imploded, I had a chat with the owner and agreed I'd pay him for the damage, he went out and got a bumper from a salvage yard and fitted it himself and told me I owed him

Just had a call from the person involved. I am MAD
They are claiming whiplash and that they need a courtesy (sp) car
This bump left no damage on the S and happened at 3/4 mph....how can they get away with this??
Now we are going to get screwed by some dishonest people and there is nothing in the system to enable me to object.

Are we getting more like the USA or what? Sue/claim for everything you can, sod what happens. Its people like this that end up casuing everyone's insurance to increase to cover the cost of all these so called personal injury claims..
(I know not all Americans feel or act this way, but the UK is changing, as people start trying to make money out of minor accidents).
