Is it just me or are there times when the S seems to be running a little less smoothly than usual. Normally seems to coincide with the car needing a good clean inside and out. However, once the car is all polished up, everything runs smoothly!!

Call me weird but does anyone else know what i mean?

probably not, i'll get my coat....

No offence Doug, but may I show you to your coat

I will agree that the car certainly has days when she runs a little funny, not as smooth in the gearbox or as quick etc. I don't think it is related to cosmetic pampering though.

I think it adds to the charm as it makes you appreciate it even more when she is back on form. Or should I get my coat as well.

It is an interesting point. My car is very fast at the moment. I am hoping it is because 15,ooo miles has come and gone and she is losening up nicely. Then again she may revert to driving like a snail once more. Don't know for sure, but I am with you on this one.

Will have to drop a few Strepsils into the fuel tank...

When running a Zaino car, having it clean reduces wind resistance dramatically - performance rises. I bet that the first faster-than-light spacecraft is polished up with Zaino
