My wife was also concerned about the tightness of my nuts

Nearly ready for the Hoon, I'll give her a wash and polish this weekend then start packing her up!

10 days driving

Start packing her up? What are you packing her up with, surely you can do it the night before you leave? Is it because you have to get started on your wifes clothes packing ?

Found the locking ring on the Nitrons lose allowing the spring to rattle on extension of the suspension. Sorted that easy enough
Mikey, are you referring to the spring platform piece or did you tighten the hex nut on the top of the damper to tighten it all down? I will check mine.

Spring platform and locking ring just allowing the spring to rattle when there was little or no compression.

I'm struggling to visualise a locking ring on my dampers, I'll just tighten everything I can

I had them fitted at Chris's suggestion to prevent the ride heights moving
You can see the two here!

Ah! Ok, one less thing for me to check then. Nice damper and exhaust photo. I'm sure your wishbones look better than that these days as well.

Exhaust is the old LOUD Amuse now replaced with the Mugen
No change to the condition of the wishbones though
