Looking at your sig it looks like you have gone a very similar route.
How do you find the oil and water temperatures?
Good luck. Keep us updated.

Si - not bothering with wrapping. Seen too many posts saying it cracks the manifold. Plus the Ricks header has the points to fit ALL the OEM heat shields back on!
Silversurfer - good to hear. I'm also fitting a high efficiency radiator. The Visteon one rather than Koyo as it only uses one fan and is slimmer than the Koyo giving better clearance on the filter/charger intake pipe.
I have toyed with the idea of gears. Though at the moment I quite like it the way it is. It encourages me to rev it out
Plus you have to remember we have a $hit load of rain far too frequently over here. That combined with 400 BHP and final drive changes is going to make keep traction and grip a challenge!

I've gathered all the bits together and have a EMS map to get it running.
Got to get an inlet manifold I can bore out for the bigger throttle body.
As soon as the weather gets $hit I'll get it in the garage and start on it.
I went with Ricks as it is a good Mugen copy (mid range torque gains) which retains the OEM heat shields. Plus I have read the Berk has a few issues with cracking.
