Mikes Supercharger Project Car - The History!

Made some good progress today, bloody hard work though!
Got the coolant radiator on - Comptech destruction are on how to do it. to Bibbs for advising me to fit the hoses first! The coolant pump wasn't that easy either. Trying to keep all the hoses from kinking was a bit of a mare.
Got the aftercooler in place and spent and hour trying to coax the flexible connectors on to the blower and throttle body.
Came to a halt when need to put the air box back as I cannot tighten the over sized oil filter (thanks Honda for changing supplier )

So I moved on to the electrics, used some of the black conduit Honda used on the loom and some black spiral wrap to run the coolant pump power supply, oil sensors and wideband sensor. I also layed in the power cable for the ICE. Just need to get them through the fire wall now.
I relocated the second horn further back to allow me to locate the Fuel Pressure Regulator behind the expansion tank. Just got to make a bracket up for it.
Should get it running later in the week!

$hit you work quick!
I hope Nitron get my coilovers back to me by the end of the week or next week is going to be SOOOO frustrating with a supercharged S that can't go anywhere!

Dont rush Mikey, getting anything wrong isnt fun!
Double check all the SC bolts are tightened on the plate etc. Also beware there isnt undue stress on the top 2 bolts - someone had them crack the other day!

The ones on the front of the block. (If the Comptech is the same)
Its why the alignment and bolt tightening process is quite important.
Will see if I can find it...

I'll have a closer look tonight.
IIRC the Comptech kit had four bolts
Two on the vtec solenoid adapter, one by the alternator and one in block.
All on rubber anti vibration mounts

I think it's the two on the vtec sandwich plate, and the three that mount to that plate too.
There is the big one under that to the block .. and then the alternator bracket extension.
