OK Progress report!

First off bushes!

These two are the front caster bushes, the ones that go first! You can see one is well on it's way (drivers side!) Scary considering it came off a 2 year old car with 10k miles on it Honda. Any way copper greased all 22 of the rascals & torqued them up under load!

Also worked out why some peoples cat's rattle, it's not the core rattling (for those interested the inside of the cat looks like this!)

There are pads on both heat sheilds on the cat that disintegrate at the slightest excuse! Once they have gone the heat shield rattles like a good un'. Here they are!

Fitted my cat with the extra wide band O2 sensor at the front of it for my AFR ratios. You can see the extra boss here!

I got the Amuse on after a bit of a battle! Sodding thing was rattling on a diff mount. I messed around with the clamps and the rubber bushes and ended up leaving off the rubbers at the front of rear cans.
I hope that doesn't cause an issue I don't think it will as it soooo much lighter than the OEM one!

Painted the calipers satin black, also painted the centres of the hubs satin black as the Racing Harts have no centres

I then cracked on with the front end ready for getting the super charger on in the week!

Looks like you've got a good area to work around the car there Mikey.

I wish I had a double garage rather than having to work on the drive as my garage is full of crap.

I'm just off into the woods to look for some bear shit.

What I meant was will it have all the bits and bobs on, or just in semi tuned mode ?
