not sure if im haveing a blonde momment 
,i was just about to sign up for a paid membership,when i noticed it says membership runs from may - april.does this mean if i sign up now it runs out in april

Isn't that for S2KUK as opposed to S2ki which is 12 months from the date you take it out?

Membership of S2KI runs for 1 year from when you subscribe.
Membership of S2KUK runs May to april, but if you sign up now you'll get a special renewal price to make up for the short time.
