Meguiars NXT - with BIIIIIG pics
Having taken the lead from Paulster and his RX8, this week I bought some Meguiars NXT Tech Wax to see how it compares with the Turtle Wax Gloss Guard which I've used since the car was new.
In short - very, very impressed
The polish is easy to apply, even easier to remove. It requries very little buffing, leaves no streaks and leaves a seriously good finish. It took about 1 hour to wash, leather and wax the car and then another 3 hours to remove the wheels, clean and wax them and stick them back on
I also bought the clay bar detailing kit, but my paintwork is pretty good already, so I didn't bother. Maybe next time... I did get the NXT spray wax which allows you to "top up" the wax in around 10 mins. Sounds cool, but I've not tried it yet.
Anyway, here's a pic so you can judge for yourself:
And here's a link to a mega-high-res version of the image, so you can get a really good look at the finish:

Anyone else in the UK used this stuff yet?

I got mine from Speeding too. Funny that, considering they're the only place in the UK selling NXT...
I got the Clay Bar detailing kit (not used yet), the NXT Tech Wax (), the NXT quick spray stuff (not used yet), some applicator pads (brilliant for applying NXT), some cotton towels (great for taking it off again) and a wash mitt.
If you want to be cheap, just buy the Tech Wax and get polishing. It comes with an applicator pad and the car only requires a good wash before hand. Any existing finishes do not have to be removed first - which is very cool.
I might actually drive the car tomorrow...assuming it's not wet. The car is in "summer mode" now
