When I said pick a date that suits you, I meant one that suits me too

I defo cannot make this. I'm mountain biking in Blair Atholl that weekend

There's only one thing for it - you'll have to do a re-run later in the year

Next year the mods should get together and split the UK into regions.

Each region should then be allocated a window in the year for organising meets.

Once the meet window in a particular region is closed, no more meets.

Somebody needs to take control of this madness - this way we will avoid all future clashes.
