How do you draw that conclusion?
There's lots of overheads to cover.
Go to a BMW dealer and see what hourly rate you're charged. A KDS alignment if £400, takes an hour at most.

It was there for 2 full days, one arm had to be removed completely, a lot of seizures and then suspension fitting.
Plus there was some new bushes.
I can't really fully justify the price, but I was happy that it was going to somewhere which could definately fix any issues with bolts. And i'm happy with the end result. Other opton was TGM but I didn't fancy losing tha car for numbers of days.

That is too much money for two days work, I am in the wrong business obviously!
And Chris's company car is a Porsche.
Not some old 5 series oil burner.
Average BMW rate is around £130 p/h

Got the Alpine components installed eventually! Had to get some MDF spacers made up to match the existing basket holes. I wouldn't bother doing this again, it does sound much better but the hassle getting the MDF things made was annoying. There are speakers available which will fit in the OEM baskets, and that's the thing to do. I started a thread here for info:

Thanks to UncleFester and Loovgroova for technical assistance on fitting the speakers
Also installed the Modifry mount, what a superbly designed thing (as per all Modifry stuff) I think the sun shines out of their peachy buttocks
Literally took 5 mins to fit.
Even comes with a cover cap thing for when you don't want the bracket fitted.
Next plan is to fit these fancy gizmo's!

Also been informed by Dixon that my front discs are on the wrong way round Now have to pay to get them swapped. Shame the instructions show they should be fitted as i've done them!
The braking power is impressive this way around though, and the fronts lock up very easily

My Mugen discs on the RR are fitted as per yours. I remember showing it to a friend when I first got it and he commented that they were on the wrong way round.
It probably increases pad wear the way you have them fitted.
Chris.
