I'd guess you didn't get the 30 bhp gain lower down? The single pipe will be making a good bit of peak power though!

Any of the following in isolation:
Add an air intake - ok
Add a manifold - ok
Add an exhaust - ok
Add a decat - ok
Add all 4 - not ok
Add any 3 of the above not incl exhaust - probably not ok
Add any 2 of the above no likely probs (worst being manifold and intake or manifold and decat)
All the above depends what make too - there is some rubbish out there which will either not gain or actually lose you power!

MB : agreed, 4 is not wise.
I was running an exhaust and intake and all was well, I added a manifold and throttle body and decat and yup, all screwed. The AFR was all over the place! She ran "normally" but she was smelling rich!
You should have seen the map of the AFR, it was not smooth and peaks and troughs all over the place!
The AEM is the way to go, even if you are running everything stock I would recommend it!
Check it out!

I've just finished installing the trim around the bonnet cut - bit of a fiddle but looks neat. I painted the bare metal beforehand just to prevent any corrosion.
Just off to fit the Lower brake cylinder brace now.
Looking forward to the Tiens going on later this week

Can't see how there would be much corrosion, apart fromt he reinforcement bit its all alloy Also I used one piece of blowhole trim rather than cutting it into bits, its hard work but seem to fit with a hard push
